Developed in tandem with Sotheby’s International Realty’s global “1 of 1” campaign, this Canadian adaptation positioned the brand as a curator of uniquely luxurious living. Leading corporate creative design across national property brochures, brand advertisement templates, and a customized video campaign, the work translated the global concept into a cohesive suite of localized materials—subsequently reinterpreted across provincial markets. The resulting assets reflected the campaign’s aspirational tone while delivering a distinctive, market-specific expression.
